Purpose of the application
CrystalArt3D Internal Tools helps our team manage routine shop operations more accurately and efficiently: listing maintenance, order review, tracking updates, inventory checks, pricing updates, and shop reporting.
- Bulk listing title, description, tag, price, and quantity review/update workflows.
- Order and receipt visibility for fulfillment, customer service, and production planning.
- Tracking-number upload support for shipped orders.
- Sales, listing, and performance reporting for our own shop data.
Access model
Private / first-party only. Access is limited to authorized CrystalArt3D staff managing our own Etsy shop.
API usage
The app will request only the endpoints and scopes required for shop management, reporting, listings, orders, inventory, and shipping workflows.
Security practices
Credentials are kept server-side, access is restricted, API rate limits are respected, and data is used only for our internal shop operations.
Data handling
Etsy data accessed by this tool is used only to operate and improve the CrystalArt3D Etsy shop. We do not sell Etsy data, share it with third parties, use it for unrelated advertising, or train AI models on Etsy marketplace data.
